Képgaléria: Stuffed Mushroom / Toltott Gomba

 

INGREDIENTS:

6 big mushrooms

500g minced meat (pork/beef/turkey)

2/3 cup cooked rice (optional)

2 medium eggs

1 stock cube

ground black pepper

ground cumin

7.5g salt

15g paprika

1onion

2 tubs of soured cream

2 tablespoon of oil   1 tomato

 

METHOD:

Place the mushrooms in an oiled ovenproof dish.

Finely chop the onion and in a bowl mix with the minced meat, rice (if using), eggs, stock cube, ground black pepper, ground cumin, salt, paprika. As these days we use lean meat I usually mix in 2 tablespoons of soured cream (it makes it a bit lighter). 

Fill the mushrooms with the mince, put a slice of tomato on top, cover and place in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 190 degrees.

Take cover off and spread some soured cream over the top.

Put back in oven until soured cream gets nicely coloured (about 15-20 minutes at 210 degrees).

15g pirospaprika

1 kozepes fej hagyma

2 evokanal olaj

1 paradicsom

 

 

ELKESZITES:

Tegyuk a gombakat egy kiolajozott hoallo edenybe.

Kockazzuk fel a hagymat es egy talban keverjuk ossze a daralthust, rizst (ha hasznalunk), tojast, leveskockat/Vegetat, orolt borsot, orolt komennyt, sot es paprikat.  Miutan mostansag sovany hust hasznalunk leginkabb en szoktam 2 evokanal tejfolt is belekeverni (igy lazabb lesz).

 

Ha kesz toltsuk meg a gombafejeket, szeljunk ra egy karika paradicsomot, lefedve sussuk oket 40-50 percig 190 fokon.

Vegyuk ki es tegyuk ra a tejfolt, majd tegyuk vissza, amig a tejfol aranyszinure nem sul (kb. 15-20 perc 210 fokon).
